2. Who we are

This website is operated by Covington Place Partners LLC ("CPP," "we," "us," "our"), a Missouri limited liability company. These terms use "the site" to mean covingtonplacepartners.com specifically.

3. What this site is — and isn't

This site describes CPP's advisory services, including the AI Opportunity Sprint, AI Governance Program, AI Development Operating System, and related capabilities. These descriptions are informational. They are not an offer that becomes binding simply because you read the site or submit a form — an actual advisory engagement begins only once both parties sign a separate statement of work or engagement agreement, which governs that engagement's scope, deliverables, fees, and terms.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice, even where the subject is AI governance or regulatory alignment. Where the site describes work as "designed to support" a framework or standard, that describes the intent and approach of the engagement — it is not a certification or a guarantee of compliance, and you should not treat it as one.

4. Your use of the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site to violate any law or the rights of others
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content from the site beyond normal browsing
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the site's security, or circumvent any security measure
• Interfere with or disrupt the site or the networks connected to it
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form on the site

5. Intellectual property

The Covington Place Partners name, logo, website design, and written content on this site are the property of Covington Place Partners LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use CPP's name, logo, or content except as needed for normal browsing.

Client names and logos shown on this site (including in the client bar and any case studies) are used with the permission of those clients. If you believe your name or logo appears here without authorization, contact us immediately and we will address it.

6. Third-party references

Where this site references other companies — as clients, as points of comparison, or as aspirational benchmarks — those references do not imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation beyond what is explicitly stated.

7. SMS / text messaging service

Some CPP engagements include the ability to communicate with your assigned Digital Worker by text message. This is an interactive, one-to-one service between you and your Digital Worker — not a broadcast or marketing list.

Who can use it. Only phone numbers belonging to individuals who have personally signed CPP's SMS addendum may text with a Digital Worker. An organization's engagement agreement does not by itself authorize any individual's number — each person must sign the addendum themselves before their number is enabled.

Acceptable use. Use this channel the way you'd use it with a human colleague. Don't use it to submit information you haven't been authorized to share, and don't attempt to use it on behalf of a phone number that isn't yours.

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on your work with your Digital Worker. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT at any time to stop receiving texts from your Digital Worker. We will honor this within the timeframe required by law. Once you opt out, you'll need to re-sign the SMS addendum or contact us to resume texting with your Digital Worker.

8. Disclaimer

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covington Place Partners LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a separately signed engagement agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these terms or this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
